Fixed fee packages - Limited companies
A significant number of Ascot Drummond clients operate as successful
limited Companies.
Limited Companies have their own legal identity. The limited company is registered at Companies House and will include at least 1 director and a company secretary (optional). Annual Accounts must be filed with Companies House.
Profits are distributed as dividend or retained in the business. The company pays Corporation Tax and directors pay Income Tax on salaries and dividends.
Complete Accountancy Package from £95 a month plus VAT.
Ascot Drummond offers online tailor-made services, which include:
- Company Formation
- Bookkeeping
- VAT
- Payroll and End of Year Returns
- Statutory Accounts and Corporation Tax Returns
- Personal Taxation
* Additional one time set-up fee of £75 plus VAT applies
* In addition to the above we can also provide registered office facilities and company secretary duties if required at a cost of £10 per month plus VAT for each service.

If you would rather take an even more hands-off approach, you can simply send us all of your paperwork, and for a modest additional fee, we will take care of everything for you, giving you complete hassle-free accounting.
Annual Accounting Package from £500 plus VAT per annum.
Our annual accounting package is designed for people who prefer to maintain their own monthly/quarterly records and have their accounts finalised at the end of the year. Ascot Drummond will take care of all your Corporation Tax Returns and Statutory Annual Accounts.
Providing we are in receipt of all the necessary information and paperwork, we will complete your year-end accounts and Corporation Tax return within 3 months of your year end.
